Responsibilities 
  • Order Processing Flow: Managing end-to-end operations from Sales Order processing, inventory allocation and replenishment, order packing, shipping, shipment tracking, delivery, installation, and invoicing. 
  • Post-Purchase Operational Support: Managing after-sales care operations like issue resolution, returns, repairs, and replacements. 
  • Serve as Central Point of Contact for customers and sales, simplifying the order process. 
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments to streamline processes 
  • Working closely with the Global Customer Service and Support team to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Use Project Management best practices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
  • Monitor and report execution vs. plans and adjust to meet business objectives. 
  • Adhere to Quality Management System (ISO9001) requirements and procedures. 
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 
  • Advantage: A formal education in Project Management. PMI certification or similar is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or a related role. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles in English. 
  • Experience in Hardware/Electro-mechanical products development and manufacturing. 
  • Strong understanding of customer service logistics. 
  • Proactivity and resourcefulness. 
  • Multitasking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Expert in using Priority ERP system, MS Project, and Excel. 
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
