US Field Project Manager

We seek an experienced Field Project Manager to lead diverse projects across both domestic and international landscapes. This pivotal role encompasses guiding projects such as warranty service programs, deployments, installations, and strategic account management initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives and financial parameters. 

Your multifaceted role involves engaging stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds to establish a collective vision for project success. You will craft detailed plans and schedules that accommodate global considerations like time zones and language differences, facilitating seamless project execution. 

Efficient resource management across multiple locations will be paramount. You will optimize resource allocation to meet project timelines and objectives within budgetary constraints. Transparent communication channels with stakeholders worldwide will be maintained, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 

Your ability to foster seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams, anticipate and mitigate project risks, and adhere to established methodologies will be crucial in driving project success. Furthermore, your dedication to continuous improvement will be demonstrated through comprehensive post-mortems and lessons-learned sessions, informing future project strategies.

Responsibilities

In this role as Field Project Manager, you will be entrusted with key responsibilities vital to advancing our organizational objectives. Your primary focus will encompass project management oversight, facilitating seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to budgetary parameters. Innovation and process optimization will be central to your mandate, as you strive to deliver exceptional outcomes within designated timelines. Moreover, you will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring solutions to surpass their expectations. Your ability to merge creativity with professionalism will be pivotal in propelling our organization towards sustained growth and achievement. Scope of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Engage stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds to collectively define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, fostering a shared vision for success. 
• Guide and oversee the timely and within-budget delivery of diverse domestic and international projects, including warranty service programs, deployments, and strategic account management initiatives, ensuring alignment with project objectives and financial constraints. 
• Craft detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, accounting for global considerations such as time zones and language differences, to facilitate seamless project execution. 
• Efficiently manage and allocate resources across multiple locations to optimize project execution, ensuring resource utilization aligns with project timelines and objectives. 
• Maintain transparent communication channels with stakeholders worldwide, providing timely updates, facilitating constructive meetings, and delivering comprehensive progress reports. This ensures alignment and fosters collaboration across the project lifecycle. 
• Promote seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams spanning diverse geographical regions, leveraging effective communication strategies to bridge cultural and logistical barriers. 
• Anticipate and address project management risks and challenges proactively, applying strategic foresight to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success across domestic and international contexts. 
• Maintain adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence throughout project lifecycles. 
• Facilitate comprehensive post-mortems and lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement and optimize project management effectiveness, leveraging insights to inform future project strategies. 
• Nurture a positive and inclusive team culture that celebrates diversity and embraces cultural differences, fostering an environment where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. 
• Exhibit self-directed initiative in remote work settings, effectively managing workload and priorities to meet project objectives while fostering collaboration and synergy among remote team members. 
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager, successfully overseeing diverse domestic and international projects. 
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. Project management certification is highly desirable. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, adept at fostering positive relationships and consensus in challenging scenarios. 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in complex project environments. 
• Demonstrated success in remote work environments, including managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, using virtual collaboration tools like MS Teams and Zoom. Maintained high productivity levels and effective communication channels while working independently
• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. 

• Superb time management and prioritization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and assignments at the same time. 
• Experience with Data Center IT infrastructure, including knowledge of server hardware, cooling systems, and environmental considerations such as energy efficiency and sustainability practices is highly desirable. 
• Experience supporting and developing various programs across diverse organizational departments and initiatives is a plus. 
• Exceptional conflict resolution abilities, navigating and resolving conflicts within teams and stakeholders. 
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in navigating dynamic project environments and evolving stakeholder requirements. Successfully adjusted project plans and priorities in response to changing market conditions and client expectations, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction. 
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, MS Project, and MS Teams is critical for facilitating seamless collaboration and communication across dispersed project teams. Utilized these tools to develop detailed project plans, track progress, and generate comprehensive reports, resulting in improved project transparency and stakeholder engagement. 
• Expectation to travel up to 25% of the time, with travel requirements varying based on project demands, client engagements, and organizational priorities. Travel may include domestic and international trips for project kick-off meetings, site inspections, and client presentations.
