We are seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time, contract-based Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be focused on developing and executing partner marketing programs and events across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong partner and event marketing background and proficiency in using HubSpot (preferred) or other major CRM/Marketing Automation tools. This role demands a deep understanding of the marketing landscape within the EMEA region and requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the capability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage partner marketing stragies and programs tailored to the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Define, create, and manage KPIs and meet set objectives.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns, track performance, and generate reports to measure effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to refine marketing approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams and partners to align marketing strategies with business goals and drive lead generation.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or a similar role working with partners, within the EMEA region.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot (preferred), including marketing automation, campaign management, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of partner marketing dynamics and strategies within the EMEA market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and translate it into impactful marketing strategies.
