US Field Partner Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results driven US Field Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running events, developing revenue-generating marketing programs, and writing comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with partners.

ZutaCore® is a company revolutionizing the data industry through a next-generation liquid cooling technology. This technology is designed to cool the hottest processors through 100% heat reuse. Our solution is a direct-to-chip, waterless, direct liquid cooling technology that enables the highest sustained performance, server densification, and reduced power usage. It is especially beneficial for meeting the power demands of today's HPC, AI, and machine learning workloads.  ZutaCore has an extensive ecosystem of partners for example Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Dell, and Intel, and are equipping global data centers to achieve their net-zero goals by transforming compute waste heat into usable energy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Driving the development and execution of our field marketing strategies.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing high-impact partner events.
  • Collaborating with partners on marketing plans to maximize mutual growth opportunities.
  • Implementing revenue-generating marketing programs and tracking their success.
  • Developing solid relationships with partners and acting as the point of contact for marketing initiatives.
  • Travel approximately 40% - Planning, nurturing, attending partner events, conducting on-site meetings, and facilitating collaborative planning sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage projects effectively from inception to completion. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing, with a focus on event management and creating revenue-generating marketing programs, is required. Knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation tools and CRM systems is required.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team and partners to drive growth and build strong relationships within our partner network. You will also have the chance to be a key contributor in developing innovative marketing strategies and programs that align with our overall business objectives.
